Can i share my serial key with friends?

No, this is absolutely against our terms and conditions. Customers found to share their license key will be banned for life.

The poker bot software does not perform any actions why?

Make sure your regional settings are set all to english (United States). If you already changed your regional settings and it still doesn’t work please run the poker bot software, and from the main interface click on -> Resources – > Poker Site Settings , and make sure  your poker site settings match with the settings of the page.

I cannot activate the full version even if with a valid serial key, why is that?

If for any reason your license key is not working anymore then you will need to delete your temporary files and cookies. Run an internet explorer windows and go to Tools -> Settings -> Delete cookies and temporary filels
